RATES AND ENQUIRY
ROOM RATES

Currencies are Euro, GBP (British Pound) or ZAR (South African Rand). You may pay your lodging (room with breakfast) in either currency. We provide affordable and reasonable bed and breakfast tariffs (B&B) of a 4 star guest house (official SA tourism grading).

High Season (01. Oct. 2009 - 31. May 2010)
EURO 133 for a double room - 2 persons   (rates in GBP  - rates in ZAR)
EURO   93 for a double room - 1 person     (rates in GBP  - rates in ZAR)

FIFA Soccer World Cup (01. June 2010 - 17. July 2010)

Low Season (18. July 2010 - 30. Sept. 2010)
EURO   95 for a double room - 2 persons   (rates in GBP  - rates in ZAR)
EURO   67 for a double room - 1 person     (rates in GBP  - rates in ZAR)

High Season (01. Oct. 2010 - 31. May 2011)

Special in Low and High Season: If you stay 7 nights or longer we give a discount of 10%. Last-Minute Rates upon request.

If your arrival date is scheduled between 01.06.2010 and 11.07.2010 (FIFA Soccer World Cup) we require a minimum stay of 7 nights and full payment up front.
If your arrival date is scheduled between 24.12.2010 and 02.01.2011 (Holiday Season) we require a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Southern Comfort Guest Lodge only has double rooms which we also rent out as singles.

Our African Room offers an additional sleeper couch for a third person or child (max 2 children) - Add on Euro 17 per night.

Rates per night include a sumptuous breakfast.

The calculation of the rates in GBP or ZAR is made at the day of payment.

We may change rates without further notification.


Check In / Check Out:

Check In: we ask for notification of your arrival time. Check In before 2 pm only on request, surcharge may apply.

Check In: without notification of your arrival time you may check in only between 2 and 6 pm.

Check Out: until 11 am. Late Check Out only on request, surcharge may apply.

DEPOSIT

For Low and High Season: To confirm your booking please transfer a deposit of 50% of the total balance to one of the accounts stated in the affirmation mail.

For FIFA Soccer World Cup: If your arrival is scheduled between 01.06.2010 and 17.07.2010 please transfer full payment up front to one of the accounts stated in the affirmation mail.

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment is due just before you depart. You may pay using electronic transfer or credit card (Master / VISA).
 STORNO

For Low and High Season: Up to 14 days prior to arrival deposit will be returned less Euro 20 admin fee. Less than 14 days notice deposit is forfeited. In the case of "no show" the deposit is forfeited.

For FIFA Soccer World Cup: There will be no refund of payments for cancellations of bookings scheduled between 01.06.2010 and 17.07.2010.
